Currently, he continues his career as a corporate contract pilot—and with over 50 years of flying experience, he has even qualified for the prestigious Wright Brothers Award for a flawless safety record. Saundra, a natural problem-solver, spent years working in home and auto insurance before retiring from the University System of Georgia in 2022. That retirement lasted about two weeks before she realized she needed something more engaging and fulfilling. She turned to real estate wholesaling, quickly learning the ins and outs of the industry before realizing the power of private lending.

Why Private Lending? When Saundra set out to start fix-and-flip projects, she quickly learned that securing capital is one of the biggest hurdles for investors. If she needed funding, she knew other investors did, too. That realization led her and Milton ultimately to launching their private lending business
